I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like the world is against you. During those times it is good to have someone on your side. Helping you navigate through life’s challenges, encouraging you as you make difficult changes, and supporting you through those tough decisions.
Counseling is not a one size fits all intervention. Everyone has unique needs. That is why I team up with you to determine the best approach. I work to tailor my style to fit your unique needs so you can successfully reach your goals.
I have experience treating issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD. At the end of the day, if I don’t feel like I can help you, I will do my best to help you find someone who can.

In Person and Telehealth
Hello! My name is Stacie, and I am looking forward to partnering with you and building a therapeutic relationship. My aim is to create a safe environment using compassion, empathy, and respect, as well as a person-centered approach, in which to explore your views, feelings, and experiences to help achieve your therapeutic goals. I am an LSWAIC, have a BA in Human Services and an MSW from Eastern Washington University. While earning my MSW, I received education in CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have also received training in Motivational Interviewing. In my free time, I like to read, explore the outdoors, and spend time with my family, including our three dogs.

Over the course of my career I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, young adults and adults in a variety of settings. My therapeutic skill is centered in strengths based, systems theory, and client centered practice. I draw from more traditional Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, & DBT as well as recent explorations into the benefits of self-compassion, mindfulness, body and breath work, and polyvagal theory.
I am open to working with anyone who is willing to partner with me in counseling. I have significant experience supporting anxiety, depression and neurodivergence in adolescents and young adults. I also have a clinical interest in supporting transitions, substance use and recovery support, caregiver support, chronic illness, grief and loss and death and dying.
Practically speaking, if you enter into a counseling relationship with me you will find I connect with you wherever you are on you path. My work is grounded in the belief that each person has a deep inner sense of knowing that will inform their healing. My service is simply to create and hold a safe space for the transformation to occur. I offer tools, and invitations for conversation and practices that will create the time and space for you to feel better whether you are seeking a reduction in distressing symptoms or the opportunity to make meaning and move through a difficult time in your life. Before you know it we will be celebrating your breakthroughs.
It can feel scary to lean into this space and this work. You don’t have to do it alone.
